I didn't have high expectations other than the film to be riddled with cheesy lines and plot holes. To me it just looked like they tried too hard. Instead of basic movements I found them to be unrealistically made of small components - involving thousands of transformations in a blur of moving parts you could barely focus on. Didn't quite work ...
