Along with shaken martinis, Walther PPKs, and Aston-Martins, the James Bond franchise is know for numerous and -- at times -- hilarious deaths. We'll take a look at the demises of the various evil masterminds a little later, but for now here are some of the more memorable non-villain deaths.

It's a story with which you're no doubt familiar: Boy meets girl. Boy digs girl. Boy can't get with girl because she has a useless tool of a boyfriend. The romantic villain strikes a certain chord with us precisely because we know that guy, and we hate that guy. That's why it is very satisfying watching these movie jerks get theirs.
