Vince Vaughn, star of the hit comedies "The Break-Up," "Wedding Crashers," "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story," "Old School" and "Swingers," hosts a night of improvisation, stand-up comedy, and live performances by special guest stars.

The big news tonight is that Wedding Crashers and Fred Claus director David Dobkin has signed on with Warner Bros to make the project. Dobkin told MTV that his Flash movie will be set in the same universe as the Justice League of America movie, and will follow the Wally West incarnation of the character.

David Dobkin will direct the latest Flash Feature. But, will his prior comedic background on Wedding Crashers be a hindrance.

Dude comedy abounds this summer, because every studio is jonesing for the next Wedding Crashers-level hit. Given the ascension of Judd Apatow and his smarterpants, male-centric point-of-view, is there room left for Dane Cook's aloof sense of humor?
